BACKGROUND

 

Jack Ritkajorn is a seasoned e-commerce leader with over 20 years of experience in the online retail industry.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at AirRoot, a company that provides end-to-end fulfillment services

and product strategies for over 500 brands in South East Asia.

Jack has a strong background in ERP systems and software development, having worked as a product manager,

a project manager, and a director of product management for various e-commerce platforms and solutions.

He has also founded and managed his own real estate agency, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. Jack is passionate about delivering innovative and scalable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, optimize operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. He has a master's degree in computer engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and a micro MBA from Chulalongkorn University.

He is fluent in Thai, English, and Chinese, and has extensive experience working with diverse and multicultural teams across the globe.
