BACKGROUND

 

Scott has lived and worked in Asia since 1999, mostly based in Bangkok. A personable leader, he now specializes in developing high performing teams at Agoda, Asia’s leading OTA. Prior, he co-founded specialized travel company Smiling Albino, and has also led training initiatives across 10 countries in Asia for EXO Travel. In his spare time he works as a coach, focusing on career pathing, personal development, as well as consulting for tourism businesses in the region. The heart of what he enjoys most is creating and driving value at all levels. He’s an ACC ICF certified coach and holds a PHRi accreditation.
